First things first: Invoices are sent via email from paypal credit services. Please add service@paypal.com to your safe senders list to ensure that your invoice doesn’t go to your Spam Folder.

“Standard invoicing” consists of payments made by check, cash, or, new for the 2023/24 season, Venmo. For credit card payments, you must provide your card information which will then be enrolled in auto-pay and processed for you. For how card payments work, please click this link.

In the past, I’ve had some questions from customers about how to pay their invoice. This is a tutorial on how to do that. If you have any questions after reviewing this, please feel free to contact me at Nate@TumblebusAllstars.com or 774-275-7542.

A standard invoice is a single invoice that is sent out (hopefully) within a few weeks of your child being enrolled, or the first class of the season, whichever come later. This invoice will then be updated any time a payment is made. Additionally, you can bookmark, print, and/or create a PDF of any invoice that is sent to you. I would strongly suggest bookmarking (or favoriting, depending on your browser) your invoice so that you can go back and check your balance, see due dates, etc at any time.

Finally, even though the invoice is sent via PayPal, you are not required to have a PayPal account; I just happen to use PayPal Credit Services to process transactions. they take any of the major credit cards.

When you receive your email invoice, the body of the email should look something like this. In order to get to the payment page, please click on the blue button.

This is the top half of the payment page. You can print or create a PDF of your invoice from here.

You will also see your total for the year and can find my contact information on the left side of the page.

This is the bottom of the payment page. You can see the total for the year is listed at the bottom, and the individual payments are listed in the “Description” section.

You can bookmark your invoice. I use Google Chrome for a browser: This is how to bookmark a page using Google Chrome, but you can do it on any other browser as well.

From my recollection, all Bookmarked (or Favorited) pages can be located at the top of your browser page.

If you chose to pay by check or cash, when you make a payment, I will update your invoice. This will be reflected in the “Description” section of your invoice. You will receive an email with the updated balance, but you can review your current balance at any time by revisiting your Bookmark.

NOTE: You can still make a debit/credit card or Venmo payment via the standard invoice (Paypal recently bought Venmo), however, it WILL BE for the full amount that is listed on the invoice.

Using the functions that Paypal credit services has given me allows me to keep all my payment information centralized. So while you can pay via the invoice, that’s not how It was intended to be used.
